Turin, 25 May (LaPresse) – Following clashes between supporters during the Turin derby, the State Police arrested eight Juventus supporters, three in the act of committing an offence and five following a review of drone footage, all of whom are held responsible, in various capacities, for resisting a public official, throwing dangerous objects and possessing fireworks at sporting events. The Turin Police Commissioner, through the local anti-crime police division, has also issued 11 stadium bans. Further investigations are underway by the local Digos unit to assess the involvement of other fans in the disturbances. During the clashes, six State Police officers sustained injuries.
