Bergamo, potentially explosive material found in 13-year-old’s home

Bergamo, Mar. 25 (LaPresse) – The home of the 13-year-old who today stabbed the teacher in Trescore Balneario, in the province of Bergamo, was searched by the carabinieri: on site, material likely intended for the preparation of explosive devices was found. This was learned by LaPresse from investigative sources. Checks by the Carabinieri are now ongoing. Investigators also discovered that the 13-year-old was live on Telegram when he attacked the teacher. The episode occurred shortly before 8 a.m. near the comprehensive institute in via Damiano Chiesa. The woman, hospitalized, is not in life-threatening condition.
