Naples, Fire Brigade: “Teatro Sannazaro is no more, it is all burned down”

Naples, Feb. 17 (LaPresse) – “The theatre is no more, it is all burned down”. This was stated by Giuseppe Paduano, commander of the Naples Fire Brigade, commenting on the fire at the Teatro Sannazaro that broke out this morning. “When we arrived there was already a fairly compromised situation”, the commander added, explaining that “the entire stage area burned down, the theatre is completely damaged”. Regarding the identification of the causes of the fire, Paduano referred to the end of the extinguishing operations: “Now we are putting everything out and trying, as far as possible, to bring everything back to normal. Then we will see afterwards”.
