Rome, 9 February (LaPresse) – Accompanied by her defence lawyers, Campania-based entrepreneur Maria Rosaria Boccia arrived at the court in Rome a short while ago. This morning, before the judge for the preliminary hearing at the court in Rome, a hearing is scheduled to decide on the indictment requested by the Rome Public Prosecutor’s Office against her on charges of assault, stalking, unlawful interference in private life and defamation of former Culture Minister Gennaro Sangiuliano. The investigation began after a complaint was filed by the journalist. Sangiuliano himself, his wife Federica Corsini and the former chief of staff of the Ministry of Culture, Francesco Gilioli, have joined the proceedings as injured parties.
