Rome, 14 Nov. (LaPresse) – The Venice Court of Appeal has declared inadmissible, following the withdrawal, the appeals lodged by the public prosecutor and the defence of Filippo Turetta against the first instance sentence, thus confirming the life sentence with the aggravating circumstance of premeditation for the murder of Giulia Cecchettin. The declaration of inadmissibility is the consequence, pursuant to Article 591 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, of the withdrawal.
