Fascist chants, the Parma Prosecutor’s Office opens a case

Parma, 31 October (LaPresse) – The Parma Public Prosecutor’s Office has opened a file on the case of fascist chants at the city headquarters of Fratelli d’Italia. The Parma prosecutor, Alfonso D’Avino, explained that the investigation file is “model 45” and that “there is still no alleged crime”, with no suspects and no hypothesis of a crime. ‘We are still in the exploratory phase, based on reports in the press. Now we need to verify whether the facts are true and ascertain whether they could constitute a criminal offence,’ D’Avino clarified.
