Garlasco murder case, Sempio’s lawyer: ‘Weak evidence, nothing against him’

Rome, 29 October (LaPresse) – ‘Now that I have finished reading the file, I can say that I have found nothing.’ This is the comment made by Liborio Cataliotti, Andrea Sempio’s defence lawyer, regarding the charges brought by the Pavia Public Prosecutor’s Office against his client for the murder of Chiara Poggi in collaboration with unknown persons or with Alberto Stasi, speaking in Rome on the sidelines of a series of examinations and analyses with the party’s consultants for the preliminary hearing. Cataliotti listed ‘mild, minimal, meagre clues that today justify the investigation against Andrea Sempio’.
