The 59th Presidential Inauguration

Joe Biden was sworn in as the 46th president of the United States. The ceremony at the Capitol in Washington. Joe Biden took the oath of office, administered by Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts. Jill Biden holds the Bible during the 59th Presidential Inauguration, alongside son Hunter Biden and daughter Ashley Biden attend the oath. 

The moment of Kamala Harris being sworn in as the 46th Vice President of the United States, becoming the first woman to hold this position. The former US senator from California is also the first person of black descent and the first person of South Asian descent to be elected to the vice presidency and will become the highest-ranking woman to ever serve the government. Harris was sworn in with Judge Sonia Sotomayor.
