(LaPresse) Flooding caused by storms in the Central Appalachia region of Kentucky, U.S., has caused at least eight deaths and massive damage to citizens’ property. This was said by the state governor, Andy Beshear. Hundreds of people have lost their homes, and rescue operations are underway for people stranded on rooftops. And new rains are expected in the U.S. overnight, which could worsen the situation
