(LaPresse) Everything is ready for the 79th edition of the Venice Film Festival, which is warming its engines ahead of its return to nomality after two years marked by restrictions imposed to cope with the pandemic. “This year we are back at full capacity and we are very happy. The red carpet will be very crowded this year, with lots of talent and stars,” said director Alberto Barbera, stressing that the red carpet will again be enlivened by the presence of the public. The festival will be held from Aug. 31 to Sept. 10, the jury president will be Julienne Moore. Numerous guests are expected: from Anthony Hopkins to Penelope Cruz, via Adam Drivere, Timothée Chamalet, Hugh Jackman, Colin Farrell and Ana De Armas.
