Milan, 14 Aug. (LaPresse) – In July, retail sales in the United States totalled $763.6 billion, down 0.6 per cent on the previous month but up 5.0 per cent compared with July 2025. This was reported by the US Census Bureau. Total sales for the period from May 2026 to July 2026 rose by 6.3% compared with the same period the previous year. The percentage change from May 2026 to June 2026 remained unchanged from the previous figure, at an increase of 0.2%.
