Milan, 18 March (LaPresse) – ‘If discussions’ with Commerzbank ‘prove positive, with support for a shared vision’, Unicredit ‘could review the terms’ of the voluntary public offer for 100% of the German bank’s shares launched last Monday. This was stated by Unicredit CEO Andrea Orcel, speaking at the Morgan Stanley European Financial Conference 2026.
