Milan, Feb. 25 (LaPresse) – “We once again express satisfaction for the renewal of the company-level supplementary contract with Just Eat, the result of negotiations that led to an improved agreement for the riders.” This is stated in a note by Fit-Cisl.
“Just Eat has been applying, since March 29, 2021, the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Logistics, Freight Transport, and Shipping – emphasizes the Cisl Transport Federation – in accordance with the principle of predominance of productive activity, as provided by Article 2070 of the Civil Code, since the activity carried out is considered transport from a producer to a client.”
“In light of this significant result,” Fit-Cisl concludes, “we hope that, very soon, other food delivery companies will also apply the CCNL for Logistics, Freight Transport, and Shipping, which contains structured employment rules aimed at ensuring high levels of workplace safety, rights, and fair wages.”
