MPS: Director Stefano Di Stefano resigns

Milan, 11 February (LaPresse) – ‘Stefano Di Stefano, non-independent director and member of the Risk and Sustainability Committee, has today resigned from his position with immediate effect for personal reasons and in relation to the launch of investigations against him.’ This was reported by Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena in a statement. ‘The Bank, having taken note of the decision, thanks Mr Di Stefano for his work as a member of the Board of Directors over the years,’ the statement added.
