This is a tragedy and we will see how to continue to support Ukraine militarily and I’m sure the ministers will reach a political agreement on this.” This was said by the EU High Representative for Foreign Policy, Josep Borrell, upon his arrival at the Foreign Council in Brussels. The EU Council’s okay is expected today on a fifth tranche of military aid to Kiev from the European Peace Facility, from which 2 billion euros have already been earmarked for arms shipments.
