(Lapresse) The Judge for Preliminary Investigations has validated the arrest of Giandavide de Pau, accused of killing three women in Rome’s Prati neighborhood last Nov. 17. The alleged killer, who exercised his right to remain silent, is under 24-hour surveillance in jail. Prosecutors, who are charging him with aggravated multiple murder, are also investigating another unsolved murder in Rome’s prostitution scene.
