Accused of the murder is Raul Esteban Calderon, who was arrested last December
The Rome Public Prosecutor’s Office has closed the investigation into the murder of Fabrizio Piscitelli, the Lazio ultras known as ‘Diabolik’. The man was killed with a blow to the head on August 7, 2019 in Rome’s Acquedotti Park. Rome prosecutors delivered the notice of conclusion of investigation, a prelude to the request for indictment, to Raul Esteban Calderon, who was arrested last December. The Argentine is the head of the Irriducibili group. For investigators and detectives of the Rome Mobile Squad, he would be the material perpetrator of the Piscitelli murder.
Calderon is under investigation for the murder of Shehay Selavdi called “Sparrow” who was killed in Torvaianica on Sept. 20, 2020 in conjunction with Enrico Bennato and Giuseppe Molisso.
The investigation, this time conducted by Frascati carabinieri and again coordinated by Assistant Prosecutors Michele Prestipino and Ilaria Calò, also involved Guido Cianfrocca and Luca De Rosa. The former is alleged to have kept weapons for Molisso, while the latter is accused of receiving stolen property in order to the moped used in the Shehay murder.
